SHIPPING CHARGES AND TIME
Our standard shipping and handling charges is a super saver flat rate of $20 per Ztrend Inflatables and $50 per Wonderbounz Bouncer Slide for shipment to 48 contiguous States in the US. Delivery to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska will have a surcharge of $20 on top of the flat rate.
Sales tax will be collected by us for delivery to addresses in VA.
Our shipping and handling charges to Canada do not include taxes, brokerage costs and fees in Canada. Recipients in Canada are responsible to pay them upon delivery.
Standard shipping time is 5 to 7 business days in the US continent. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will add another 4-5 days.
PRODUCT RETURNS /EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not happy with our products after purchase for some reasons and would like to return the product for a refund or exchange, or in rare circumstance, to replace a part missing in the original packing, you can email us at customerservice@wtpco.com explaining the reason within 15 days from the date of purchase to obtain replacement or return service. Return shipping charge is the responsibility of consumer.
To be considered a full refund of the product price. return products must be undamaged and complete with all original parts and accessories, re-packed in original packaging and delivered with postpaid and dated sales receipt (as proof of purchase) to address as instructed.
90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
We guarantee our products free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, intentional or accidental or any consequential damages. This warranty is valid only if the product is purchased in the US or Canada and limits to the original purchase price of the product. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
